The National Stock Exchange (NSE) is investing Rs 380 crore through its CSR program to build a new multi-specialty hospital block and bone marrow transplant (BMT) center at Tata Memorial Hospital’s ACTREC in Navi Mumbai.
The 11-storey facility, being constructed by L&T, will open by July 2027 and become India’s largest BMT center, offering 60 beds, 1.3 lakh annual outpatient visits, and over 600 BMT procedures yearly.
It will integrate care for cancer patients with comorbidities like heart, lung, and kidney conditions, eliminating the need for separate hospital visits.
The project, approved in March 2023, held a groundbreaking ceremony on October 5, 2025.
