Joshua Mueller stole $3,400 in trading cards from a Rochester business, pleading guilty to a gross misdemeanor.
Joshua Allan Mueller, 45, of Winona, was sentenced to two years of supervised probation and 50 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a gross misdemeanor theft charge for stealing about $3,400 in trading cards from a Rochester business.
Court documents show he impersonated a vendor to access a restricted area, brought his own boxes, cut open product boxes, transferred cards, and left with the stolen items.
He was originally charged with felony theft, but the charge was reduced through a plea agreement in Olmsted County court.
