A luxury waterfront estate in Sydney’s exclusive Point Piper neighborhood, Ewenton House, is listed for $27.5 million—the first time it’s been offered since 1998 when it was bought for $5.1 million.
The property is part of a high-end enclave favored by wealthy individuals, corporate leaders, and public figures, including former Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and media mogul Lachlan Murdoch, who recently purchased a nearby boathouse for $38.5 million.
The sale is managed by Michael Pallier of Sydney Sotheby’s International Realty, who has not commented.
