Over 1,500 runners will race 31 miles across Denver, eating Taco Bell and completing challenges in 11 hours, supporting disabled athletes.
On October 4, 2025, over 1,500 runners will take part in the eighth annual International Taco Bell 50k Ultramarathon in Denver, a 31-mile race requiring participants to eat menu items at nine of ten Taco Bell locations within 11 hours, collect receipts and wrappers as proof, and complete challenges like consuming spicy sauce and two liters of Baja Blast.
Not officially affiliated with Taco Bell, the event partners with Achilles International Denver Chapter, donating proceeds to support disabled runners.
Organizers emphasize safety, with no runner allowed to be alone on the course and Taco Bell locations prepared to open early.
The race, inspired by a joke among friends, has grown rapidly, fueled by social media, and has seen zero accidents, with last year’s winner finishing in 4:28.
