Michelle Neville, Ashland University's HR veteran, named first chief human resources officer.
Michelle Neville, a 24-year Ashland University HR veteran and two-time alumna, has been named the university’s first chief human resources officer, a newly created role. She will lead HR strategy, overseeing talent recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, compliance, and ethics. Neville, who previously served as compensation and benefits manager, holds a bachelor’s in secondary education and an MBA in HR from AU. University President Jon Parrish Peede commended her experience and dedication. She expressed gratitude for the opportunity to support the university’s mission using her institutional knowledge.
