Indian police seized a ₹2 crore property linked to Sajad Gul, a terrorist accused in the 2022 Pahalgam attack, under anti-terrorism laws.
Srinagar police have attached a three-storey residential property worth ₹2 crore in HMT, registered under Ghulam Mohammad Sheikh, father of Sajad Ahmad Sheikh, also known as Sajad Gul, a designated terrorist linked to the 2022 Pahalgam attack.
The seizure, under Section 25 of the UAPA, follows an FIR filed in 2022 and allegations that Sajad Gul used the property to support terrorism, spread anti-national content online, and incite unrest.
Authorities say he remains active in organizing attacks and is believed to be based in Pakistan.
The move, carried out with an executive magistrate’s presence, is part of broader efforts to disrupt terrorist financing and networks in Jammu and Kashmir.
