Diagnosed with fibromyalgia and homeless since losing his job during the pandemic, Delgado began painting with the encouragement of Sister Lucia-Lam Nguyen, using his architectural background to create vibrant, expressive pieces blending pointillism and bold lines.
Over a year, he produced about 100 works, gaining recognition for their authenticity and skill.
