EVA Air launched nonstop flights from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport to Taipei on October 3, 2025, marking its first U.S. service in Texas and seventh U.S. destination.
The route, operated by a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, features EVA’s new fourth-generation Premium Economy Class with enhanced comfort, including reclining seats, footrests, and 15.6-inch screens.
Initially three weekly flights will increase to daily service by year-end, boosting EVA’s North American capacity to 94 weekly flights.
The launch highlights DFW’s growing role as a transpacific hub and strengthens economic and cultural ties between the U.S. and Taiwan.
Passengers were welcomed with a Texas-themed celebration at Terminal D.
