Costco has launched a nationwide discount program, starting October 3, 2025, offering Ozempic and Wegovy—medications containing semaglutide—at $499 for a four-week supply, about 40% lower than typical uninsured costs exceeding $1,300.
The deal, in partnership with Novo Nordisk, is available to uninsured customers at Costco pharmacies, with an additional 2% discount for Executive Members and Costco Citibank Visa cardholders.
A prescription is required.
