Claas won a gold and four silver awards at the 2024 Agritechnica trade show for advancements in agricultural machinery. Its next-generation square baler, featuring a 120cm by 90cm bale size and up to 70 tonnes per hour throughput, earned gold with innovations like a frame-integrated gearbox, dual flywheels, and AI-assisted density control. The Jaguar 1000 forage harvesters received silver for a new platform with a 910 mm chopping drum and powerful cracker, while the Cemos Auto Chopping system, adaptive driveline management, and a hill-slope compensation system with Einbock also earned silver honors. These technologies aim to improve efficiency, performance, and operator support across Claas’s product lines.
