The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested five individuals in connection with a transnational cryptocurrency fraud involving the HPZ token, as part of Operation Chakra-V. Raids were conducted across seven locations in Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru on October 3, targeting a scheme from 2021 to 2023 that defrauded victims through fake loan, job, investment, and crypto schemes.
