A BYD Seal 06 DM-i wagon has been spotted in Canberra, potentially marking its first confirmed appearance in Australia.
The vehicle, featuring a matte black wrap, 15.6-inch rotating infotainment screen, and 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster, is built in right-hand drive and set to launch in the UK.
While not officially confirmed for Australia, the model has been available in China since mid-2024 with a 1.5-litre petrol engine and electric motor, offering up to 120km of electric range.
It measures 4850mm long, offers 670L of cargo space, and could revive the mid-size wagon segment, currently dominated by the Skoda Superb.
