QBE appoints Wisconsin tech exec Jim Christianson as global chief digital security officer amid leadership shifts.
QBE has named Jim Christianson, a Wisconsin-based tech executive, as its new chief digital security and resilience officer, formalizing a role he’s held since February following Andrew Dell’s departure.
Christianson, based in the U.S., will lead global cyber protection, resilience, and infrastructure efforts, while a new Sydney-based CISO-level director will oversee local security strategy in Australia.
The move reinforces QBE’s focus on centralized, international digital security amid leadership changes, including the departure of chief data and analytics officer Sonya Crosby, whose role is temporarily filled by Scott Wynne.
