The company is conducting a 50-hole drilling campaign, with 20 holes completed, targeting near-surface supergene copper potentially suitable for low-cost heap leaching. Historical data shows 72% to 82% copper recovery rates, with potential for deeper copper-gold mineralisation. Norfolk is also testing metallurgy, reassaying historical core, and seeking additional permits. Under a $3 million earn-in agreement, Norfolk aims to gain full ownership as exploration progresses, which could lead to another board appointment.
