Baltimore breaks ground on 60 new affordable homes in O’Donnell Heights, part of a $36M redevelopment.
Baltimore officials and developers broke ground on the second phase of Keys Pointe, a $36 million affordable housing project in O’Donnell Heights, adding 60 one- to four-bedroom apartments across nine townhouse buildings.
The phase includes shared amenities, new roads, sidewalks, parking, and a safer bus stop with a concrete island.
Funded by federal tax credits, Freddie Mac, ARPA, state trust funds, and local resources, the project is part of a four-phase plan to revitalize the neighborhood.
Bozzuto Construction is the general contractor, with design by Moseley Architects and Morris Ritchie Associates.
