An 18-year-old motorcyclist, Maxwell Trentman of West Chester, Kentucky, died in a multi-vehicle crash on westbound I-275 near Hebron, Kentucky, around 10:50 p.m. on October 1, 2025.
Trentman lost control of his Kawasaki motorcycle, struck a guardrail, and was ejected onto the highway, where he was struck by four vehicles.
A second motorcyclist was injured after hitting debris and was hospitalized with minor injuries.
