Oregon city official urges protesters to use privacy tools amid federal troop deployment for ICE security, sparking legal challenges.

The deployment has drawn opposition from Oregon’s governor and attorney general, who argue there is no public safety threat and have filed legal challenges.
Since the troops arrived, at least four people have been arrested.
