The deal, managed by long-time partner Compass Senior Living, was partially funded by canceling an $9.5 million mortgage at 8.5% interest.
The communities are expected to yield about 7.5% after expenses.
As of October 2025, NHI has invested $249.2 million year-to-date at an average 8.0% yield, with $132.4 million in signed deals at 8.1% and $278 million in potential investments under review, excluding large portfolios.
