A $219 million mixed-use development called Big Poplar-Two is proposed in Coweta County, Georgia, near Newnan, featuring a 13-acre amusement park, two hotels, retail and dining spaces, and townhomes.
The project, led by Atlanta-based Pope & Land, is located at the intersection of Poplar Road and the Newnan Crossing bypass and remains in the planning stage, awaiting permits and regulatory approval.
