A bald man in his 30s, not linked to UNL, was caught inside a residence hall and is now barred from campus after being accused of stalking a student.

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Police are warning students about a man suspected of stalking, following an incident on October 1, 2025, near a campus residence hall. The man, described as a bald, medium-complected male in his mid-30s with no facial hair, wearing a black shirt, dark pants, and glasses, was not affiliated with the university and was found inside a residence hall. Police said his actions toward a student met the legal definition of stalking under the federal Clery Act. He has been formally trespassed from UNL residence halls and is not permitted on campus. Authorities are urging anyone who sees him or has information to contact UNLPD immediately.
