ASC Global opens first U.S. factory for hurricane-resistant StarPods tiny homes in Florida.
ASC Global Inc., a subsidiary of Token Communities, is launching the first U.S.-based production facility for StarPods—modular, space capsule-style homes—in Bradenton, Florida. The site will be the first HUD-certified manufacturing center in the country, with additional ASTM and DBPR/IBCC certifications. It will produce two hurricane-rated models: a 20-foot unit (160 sq. ft.) and a 40-foot unit (320 sq. ft.), each featuring air conditioning, full bathrooms, micro-kitchens, smart controls, and sustainable materials. Designed for use in accessory dwelling units, tiny homes, glamping, disaster relief, and short-term rentals, the homes are priced from $9,499 to $29,499. The facility has an annual production capacity of 20,000 units and a projected gross profit margin of about 20%. The company notes that forward-looking statements on financial performance and growth are subject to risks and uncertainties.
