Abu Dhabi’s stock exchange drew major U.S. investors, showing strong growth and rising foreign interest in its markets.
The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) held a major investor conference in New York with Morgan Stanley, attracting over 100 senior U.S. institutional investors managing more than $10 billion in assets.
The event featured 15 of Abu Dhabi’s largest listed companies, with a combined market cap exceeding $300 billion, and highlighted growing global interest in the emirate’s capital markets.
ADX reported a 11.8% year-on-year rise in trading values to $105 billion in the first nine months of 2025, with net foreign investment reaching $4.7 billion, up 23.3%.
Foreign investors now account for over 41% of trading volume, reflecting increased confidence in the UAE’s economic diversification and resilience.
The exchange’s market cap grew from $202 billion in 2020 to $816 billion by end-2024, a 41.8% CAGR, supported by $84.9 billion in dividends since 2020.
