Robert Goodwin, 56, owner of Stone & Compass Travel, faces an arrest warrant and $4 million bond after allegedly defrauding over 100 Seabreeze High School students and chaperones of about $400,000 for a canceled Italy and Greece trip.
Authorities say he collected payments totaling at least $3,550 per person in 2023 but canceled the trip without refunds.

Goodwin is charged with two counts of money laundering and two counts of organized fraud, with investigators noting similar legal issues involving other organizations, including Flagler College.
He claims he was also a victim of fraud.
Law enforcement in Florida and Massachusetts are working together on the case, which remains active.
