The Arizona Cardinals are relocating to a new $136 million training complex in north Phoenix, set to open in 2028.
The Arizona Cardinals are moving their headquarters and training facility from Tempe to a new 30-acre, 250,000-square-foot complex in north Phoenix’s Paradise Ridge area, set to open in 2028.
Purchased for $136 million, the site will feature three natural-grass fields, an indoor turf field, expanded locker rooms, medical and training facilities, and a player lounge.
The project, designed by Rossetti and developed with Mortenson, is part of a larger mixed-use development that may include offices, retail, restaurants, medical centers, and residential spaces.
The move follows concerns over the current Tempe facility’s outdated infrastructure and limited space, with team owner Michael Bidwill citing the need for better player development resources.
Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego praised the investment as a boost for the city’s economic growth.
