Vishvaraj Environment has filed for a ₹2,250 crore IPO with SEBI, including a ₹1,250 crore fresh issue and ₹1,000 crore offer for sale by its promoter.
Proceeds will repay debt, fund major water and solar projects, and support general operations.
The company, serving 30 cities with extensive water and wastewater infrastructure, reported strong growth, with revenue rising from ₹669 crore to ₹1,759 crore and profits from ₹96 crore to ₹266 crore between FY23 and FY25.
It also expanded into renewable energy, adding 201 MW of solar capacity.
JM Financial, Axis Capital, and DAM Capital Advisors are the lead managers.
