UNFI posted a wider 2025 loss despite higher sales, hurt by a cyberattack, but raised 2026 outlook.
United Natural Foods, Inc. reported fiscal 2025 full-year net sales of $31.8 billion, up from $30.98 billion the prior year, but posted a net loss of $118 million, widening from $112 million.
The fourth quarter saw sales drop to $7.7 billion, with a net loss of $87 million and earnings per share of $1.43, compared to a prior-year loss of $37 million and $0.63 per share.

The company provided fiscal 2026 guidance projecting net sales of $31.6–32.0 billion and a net loss of $0.00 to $0.80 per share, exceeding analyst estimates.
