On September 30, 2025, Southeast Public Health launched its new branding following the January 1 merger of three eastern Ontario public health units.
The rebranded organization introduced a modern logo featuring regional flora and a mosaic design symbolizing diversity and collaboration, under the theme “A Place to Blossom.” Its new website, southeastph.ca, offers information on the merged agency, with phased updates planned.
Legacy branding will remain in use until 2026.
Dr. Piotr Oglaza, medical officer of health and CEO, said the merger strengthens the region’s ability to address public health challenges.
The organization encourages public engagement via social media, with temporary use of the previous name expected during the transition.
