Organic Meadow brand Organic Whole Milk Yogurt Blueberry sold in Ontario has been recalled due to yeast contamination, deemed low risk by the CFIA. The product, sold in 4 x 100g packages with a best-before date of October 22, 2025, and UPC 0 62325 75381 8, was available at Whole Foods Market and possibly Loblaws and Fortinos, though Loblaw has not confirmed distribution. Whole Foods has removed the yogurt from shelves. Consumers are advised not to use, sell, serve, or distribute it. The recall was announced on September 26, 2025.
