The role focuses on promoting cranberries’ health benefits and culinary uses, especially in India, where dried cranberries and juices are available through retail and online channels. Khanna will highlight the fruit’s nutritional value and flavor, aiming to boost global awareness and usage. The non-profit Cranberry Institute, funded by industry members, supports growers through research and promotion.
