A Boise couple faces over 100 charges after sharing a manifesto with a "kill list" targeting judges, cops, and former church members.
A Boise couple, Jonathan and Jolene Harms, face over 100 criminal charges, including stalking and witness intimidation, after allegedly distributing a 277-page manifesto containing a "kill list" targeting judges, law enforcement, bankers, and former church members. The document, which urged recipients to "go, hunt, kill," was shared online and sent to victims, many of whom were from Table Rock Church, which had excommunicated the couple. Authorities found firearms and large amounts of ammunition at their home. Jonathan, arrested in July, is held on $30 million bail; Jolene, charged after threatening a police officer’s wife, pleaded guilty to lesser charges and was placed on probation. Both face a January 2026 trial.
