On 26–29 September 2025, several firms disclosed share dealings under the UK Takeover Code. Shore Capital bought and sold Greencore shares, Man Group reported a 1.43% stake in Spectris via derivatives and reduced a long position, held a 2.98% stake in Spirent with a small short position, and AXA Investment Managers disclosed a 1.83% holding in JTC, selling some shares. Investec, acting as a client trader and adviser for Treatt, bought and sold shares in the company. None of the disclosures indicated takeover intentions or related agreements. All filings were made in compliance with Rule 8.3 or 8.5 of the Takeover Code.
