Director General Yusuf Buba Yakub announced the initiative, which seeks to create jobs and generate revenue through agreements with countries like Jamaica.
The program, established in 1987, has sent over 10,000 experts to more than 40 nations and plans to increase its volunteer force to 400 by October.
The effort aligns with President Bola Tinubu’s foreign policy and promotes Nigerian expertise in Africa, the Caribbean, and the Pacific.
