A man was arrested in Rochester over the fatal stabbing of another man during a Friday argument.
A 34-year-old man, Oscar Loyola-Ledesma, has been arrested in Rochester, New York, in connection with the fatal stabbing of 41-year-old Antonio DeJesus Rodriguez-Cervantes during an argument Friday night.
Police found Rodriguez-Cervantes with a stab wound on Fair Place near North Goodman Street and pronounced him dead at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Loyola-Ledesma was taken into custody Sunday after a SWAT team located him hiding in a bathroom at a residence on Child Street.
He faces second-degree murder charges and is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday.
The Department of Homeland Security has issued an immigration detainer against him, pending further investigation into his status.
