The event highlighted the city’s push to merge digital innovation with cultural tourism, showcasing interactive experiences, a 10th-anniversary parade, and a giant birthday cake sculpture. The city aims to boost youth engagement and global investment, with plans to release a national digital creativity index and launch an international industry alliance on October 23. Chengdu’s digital culture sector, valued at 381.9 billion yuan, is supported by a strong industrial base, education network, and policy backing.
