The Indian government will launch the nationwide 'Sabki Yojana, Sabka Vikas' campaign on October 2, 2025, to guide the creation of Panchayat Development Plans for 2026-27 through participatory, transparent planning involving Gram Sabhas and digital tools like eGramSwaraj and Meri Panchayat App.
The initiative, part of the People's Plan Campaign 2025-26, aims to strengthen grassroots governance by reviewing past projects, prioritizing unfinished work using unspent funds, and promoting local revenue and tribal empowerment.
Over 18.13 lakh PDPs have been created since 2019-20, with more than 2.52 lakh currently in progress.
The campaign emphasizes accountability, convergence across government levels, and inclusive development, supported by 20 central ministries and state-level coordination efforts.
