Soros-linked groups received $80M, with $23M to orgs tied to activism and violence, per report.
A report by the Capital Research Center alleges that George Soros’s Open Society Foundations awarded over $80 million to U.S. groups linked to violent activism, with more than $23 million going to seven organizations accused of involvement in property destruction, sabotage, and harassment.
Groups named include the Sunrise Movement, the Center for Third World Organizing, its affiliate Ruckus Society, and the BlackOUT Collective, which the report says supported or trained activists in confrontational tactics, endorsed the Stop Cop City campaign, and produced materials glorifying the October 7 Hamas attacks.
The report claims the Sunrise Movement promoted donations to the Atlanta Solidarity Fund, which prosecutors allege aided arrested protesters with bail, legal defense, and supplies.
These allegations emerge amid heightened political scrutiny, including President Donald Trump’s designation of Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization.
The Open Society Foundations has not been charged, and the claims remain unproven.
