Pristyn Care has expanded into Maharashtra with the opening of the Lapro Obeso Centre, led by bariatric surgeon Dr. Shashank Shah, ranked India’s 3rd best bariatric hospital in the 2025 Times Health Survey. The center is part of Pristyn’s growing network, now including nine hospitals with over 500 beds and 200,000 sq. ft. of medical infrastructure, supported by 450+ medical professionals. The expansion enhances access to advanced bariatric and metabolic surgery through digital health systems, insurance support, and a patient-focused model. The company aims to grow to over 500,000 sq. ft., 1,000 beds, and 50+ operating theatres by year-end, continuing its focus on secondary care surgeries across 30+ Indian cities.
