He urged swift action, especially in Bengaluru, and instructed enumerators—over 1.2 lakh teachers—to fulfill their duties responsibly, warning of legal action for negligence. Technical issues have been resolved, and officials are to use local IT staff and return to locked homes. Regional commissioners will monitor progress daily to ensure no household is missed.
