The armed group, using crowbars and pickaxes, stormed the store at City Center Bishop Ranch mall, fired at automatic doors during their escape, and fled in six vehicles, some reportedly stolen, triggering a high-speed chase that ended when officers exceeded 100 mph for safety. Seven suspects, aged 17 to 31 and believed from the Oakland area, have been arrested, including a juvenile. Some stolen jewelry and two firearms were recovered. This is the second major heist at the store in two years, following a similar 2023 robbery that led to arrests after a GPS-tracked Rolex was recovered.
