Six Flags Over Texas will open Tormenta Rampaging Run in 2026, a record-breaking giga dive coaster standing 309 feet tall with a 285-foot, 95-degree drop, reaching speeds up to 87 mph and spanning 4,199 feet—the longest dive coaster ever built.
Featuring a vertical loop and Immelmann inversion taller than any other coaster, it will be the first of its kind.
Themed after Spain’s running of the bulls, the ride will anchor Rancho de la Tormenta, a new Spanish-inspired area with a restaurant, Cocina Abuela.
Developed by Bolliger & Mabillard, the attraction marks the park’s 65th anniversary and represents a major leap in roller coaster innovation.
