Oxfordshire’s adult social care services have been rated 'good' by the Care Quality Commission, commending the county’s collaborative approach across health, care providers, and community groups.
The assessment highlighted successful joint commissioning with the NHS, supported by a large pooled budget, which improved hospital discharge processes and enabled 75% of reablement service participants to regain independence.
Efforts to help people stay in their homes and long-term wellbeing through community partnerships were also recognized.
