Just over 60% of buyers purchased jointly, with income and prices varying widely by region. Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown had the highest joint purchaser income and median home price, while Longford had the lowest. Pembroke in Dublin saw the highest median property price at €820,000. Sligo recorded the largest annual price increase at 26%. South Dublin had the youngest median buyer age at 37, while Belmullet in Mayo had the oldest at 54, with 11% of buyers aged 60 or older. Nearly a third of buyers were under 35, with a median income of €86,400 in that group.
