A 1960s red Gibson ES-355 guitar once owned by Noel Gallagher of Oasis, damaged during a 2009 backstage fight with his brother Liam at the Rock en Seine festival, is set for auction in October with an estimated value of £250,000 to £500,000.
The instrument is one of 150 Oasis-related items featured in a larger Propstore event, which also includes Gallagher’s Takamine FP460SC acoustic used to record “Wonderwall,” estimated at £200,000 to £400,000.
The two-day auction, running October 23–24, includes over 550 lots from iconic musicians such as John Lennon, Michael Jackson, Freddie Mercury, Elvis Presley, and Jimi Hendrix, with a combined estimated value exceeding £3 million.
The sale coincides with Oasis’s current global reunion tour, offering fans a rare chance to own pieces tied to music history.
