Starting November 15, Toronto will launch a pilot program deploying crisis workers to subway platforms at Spadina, Union, and Bloor-Yonge stations on Line 1, with increased presence during peak hours.

Riders can access support via the SafeTTC app, TTC staff, or by calling 211.
