Three New Zealand designers showcase themed gardens at the Waikato Home & Garden Show, with a winner to be announced October 2.

The 2025 Landscape Design Awards return to the Waikato Home & Garden Show in Hamilton, showcasing three local designers’ interpretations of “The Dreamer’s Haven” theme on Garden Lane at the GLOBOX Arena and Events Centre. Kelly Mawston, Luke Eason, and Jethro Giles present nature-inspired, architectural, and functional outdoor spaces within a $20,000 budget, judged by landscape architect Bill Holden on creativity, craftsmanship, and theme execution. Visitors can explore the gardens, vote for the People’s Choice Award, and attend the Resene Seminar Series featuring gardener Astar. The Judges’ Gold winner will be announced on October 2.
