India’s state-owned ONGC plans to acquire 2.5 to 3 gigawatts of renewable energy projects, expanding its current 2.5 GW capacity as part of a strategy to reach 10 GW of renewables by 2030.
The company will invest up to $11.5 billion in solar, wind, hydropower, biogas, green hydrogen, and ammonia, with annual clean energy spending at $115 million this fiscal year.
