Nextech3D.ai has announced a two-phase blockchain ticketing roadmap launching in late 2025 and early 2026 to improve event ticketing with better security, compliance, and user experience. The first phase offers a walletless, custodial system allowing ticket purchases via credit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, with on-chain Event-Tokens™ featuring programmable resale rules, identity verification, and anti-bot protections. It includes AR/AI navigation, QR/NFC entry, crowd analytics, and a regulator dashboard, with faster payouts and automated splits for organizers. Early adopters span sports, festivals, and trade shows. Phase two, expected in early 2026, will introduce a self-custody wallet for full Web3 control, enabling loyalty rewards and collectibles. The company, which supports over 125 events yearly, also renewed its warrant program, issuing nearly 6.9 million warrants at CAD$0.195 per share to retain talent and support growth.
