Mumbai commuters can now book seamless, end-to-end metro journeys across all operational lines using the OneTicket app, now available on the ONDC platform.
The app, accessible on Google Play and the Apple App Store, allows users to plan routes, select tickets, pay via UPI or card, and scan a QR code for entry—all in one place.
Designed to unify ticketing across different operators, it eliminates the need for multiple apps and payments, offering features like auto-suggested stations and journey planning.
Launched initially for Line 3 in June 2025 and updated since, the app supports growing metro expansion toward 340 km, marking a significant step toward a digital-first, integrated transit system.
