MP CM to give farmers ₹337 crore in digital bonuses, launch projects, and boost Ayurveda tourism.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will distribute Rs 337.12 crore in bonus payments to 6.69 lakh farmers in Balaghat district through a single-click digital process, offering Rs 4,000 per hectare for paddy sold at the Minimum Support Price, capped at Rs 10,000 per farmer.
The event at Katangi’s Agricultural Produce Market will also include handing out appointment letters to 4,315 youth and launching 75 development projects worth Rs 244 crore.
Earlier, Yadav emphasized Ayurveda’s role in health during National Ayurveda Day, citing personal benefits and announcing a MoU between AYUSH and Tourism to promote wellness tourism.
He also held meetings in New Delhi with Union ministers on water, agriculture, and increasing OBC reservation in state jobs.
