Oman welcomed France’s recognition of Palestinian statehood as a step toward justice, urging more nations to support a two-state solution under international law. The country reiterated its commitment to peaceful diplomacy, participating in UN-backed talks and promoting regional stability. In parallel, Oman launched a RO115 million solar and battery storage project, initiated a national campaign to train renewable energy professionals, and hosted its first International Arabic Calligraphy Forum in Suhar. The Foreign Minister attended a UN conference on the Palestinian issue, emphasizing multilateral efforts for a negotiated settlement.
